The rented vehicle may only be used by the person listed in the rental agreement and delivery form. Damage coverage will not apply if the vehicle is used by any third party not listed in the agreement. If you want to add an additional driver, you can purchase the 'additional driver' service for an extra fee.

Detailed information on the minimum age and driving experience required to book a higher-class vehicle is shown in the table below. These requirements apply to both the primary and additional drivers.

Economy class vehicles:

• Minimum renter age: 21 years.
• Minimum driving experience: 2 years.
• Drivers aged 20 with at least 1 year of driving experience may rent an economy class vehicle by paying a young driver fee.

Standard class vehicles:

• Minimum renter age: 24 years.
• Minimum driving experience: 3 years.
• Renters aged 21 to 24 with at least 2 years of experience can rent a standard class vehicle by paying a young driver fee.

Luxury class and above:

• Minimum renter age: 27 years.
• Minimum driving experience: 4 years.
• Renters aged 24–27 with at least 3 years of experience may rent a luxury or higher class vehicle by paying a young driver fee.

General provisions:

• If the renter does not meet the company's requirements, the company reserves the right to refuse rental service.
• Car rental services are not provided to drivers over 65 years of age.

The minimum rental period is 72 hours. The total rental duration is not limited.

Online bookings do not require credit cards or advance payments. No deposit is required for the provision of rental services. Payment can be made upon receipt of the vehicle. The rental fee is stated in your delivery agreement in the app, is final and requires no additional payment.

Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received.

The daily rental price includes 300 kilometers of mileage; in some regions, the limit is 200 kilometers per day. Total mileage is summed for the entire rental period. An additional charge of $2–$3 USD applies for every extra 10 kilometers over the limit.

According to your booking, the vehicle or its equivalent will be delivered and collected by our agent at the airport or another specified city location free of charge. Rentals are available only in cities listed in the Rentline.uz application. To select another city location, contact our call center or leave a note in the “Order preferences” field when booking. Please always provide your flight number to help us track your arrival.

You can cancel your booking at any time free of charge via the “Search Booking” function using the key sent to your email. If the vehicle is not picked up within 1 hour and we are not notified, the booking will be automatically canceled free of charge. You can rebook at any time.

Returning the vehicle in a different city is available for an extra fee. The fee depends on the region and is calculated in the final price in the app.

If the vehicle is returned 2 hours later than the agreed time, an extra full-day rental fee will be charged. VAT is included in our prices.

If the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to damage, malfunction, or any other fault of the rental company, another vehicle in the same or higher category will be provided within 24 hours at the agreed price.

Our insurance plans vary depending on the campaign and pricing. Details are available in the app and your delivery contract.

In the event of an incident, you must report it to the emergency hotline and the police, do not move the vehicle, and wait for the police. If the accident caused material damage, parties can fill out a “Traffic Accident Report” if both sides agree on the circumstances and police are present. In case of vehicle theft, contact the police to obtain a “Theft Report”. This document and the vehicle keys must be returned to us.

• Child seat
• Pickup and drop-off at your chosen location

• Plastic snow chains
• MDI (Minor Damage Insurance)
• FTS (Fast Transit System – for highways)

All company vehicles are equipped with traffic and speed trackers. The company may monitor vehicle usage for traffic violations. Serious violation of traffic rules may lead to unilateral termination of rental services.
