Terms and Conditions.
Information for Clients.

The rented vehicle may only be used by the person specified in the rental agreement and delivery form. Damage waivers do not apply if any damage occurs as a result of use by a third party not listed in the agreement. If you wish to add an additional driver, you can purchase the "additional driver" service for an extra fee.

Detailed information about the required minimum driver age and minimum driving experience for booking a higher-class vehicle is provided in the table below. These requirements apply to both the main and additional drivers.

Driver's Licenses and Rental Restrictions.

To rent economy class vehicles, the driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. Individuals aged 20 with at least 1 year of driving experience may rent an economy class vehicle by paying a young driver fee.

To rent standard class vehicles, the driver must be at least 24 years old and have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years. Individuals aged 21 to 24 with at least 2 years of driving experience may rent a standard class vehicle by paying a young driver fee.

To rent luxury class vehicles or higher, the driver must be at least 27 years old and have held a driver’s license for at least 4 years. Individuals aged 24 to 27 with at least 3 years of driving experience may rent a luxury class vehicle by paying a young driver fee.

If the renter does not meet the company's stated requirements, the company reserves the right to refuse to provide rental services.
Car rental is not available for drivers over 65 years old.

RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is 72 hours. Rented vehicles may be subject to a daily mileage limit according to the Fair Usage Policy, and additional charges may apply for extra kilometers.

LATE RETURN

If the vehicle is returned 2 hours or more after the reserved time, a full day’s rental fee will be charged and added to your rental agreement and deducted from your credit card.
VAT is included in our prices.

FUEL POLICY

Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as recorded at the time of pickup.

VEHICLE PICKUP

According to your reservation, the vehicle or its equivalent will be delivered at the airport by our agent upon arrival. Vehicles are delivered strictly from the pickup and return location list provided on the Rentline website. If your desired pickup or return location is not listed, please contact our call center to arrange this service verbally. (An additional fee is charged for delivery to a different location.)

For any reservation, please make sure to provide your flight number so we can track your arrival more easily. If the reserved vehicle is not picked up within 1 (one) hour and no notification is given, the corresponding reservation may be automatically canceled free of charge.

Returning the vehicle at a location not specified in the reservation

Returning the vehicle to a different location than specified in the reservation is possible only with Rentline's approval and only to a location listed in the app, subject to an additional fee. You can get more information by calling our call center, as the fee depends on the region/office.

INSURANCE AND COVERAGE

Our vehicle insurance plans vary depending on campaigns and prices. Details of the insurance plan and pricing are specified in your agreement and delivery form.

In the event of an insurance case, you must report the incident by calling the emergency hotline, notify the Road Police or Traffic Police without moving the vehicle from the scene, and wait for the police. In case of an accident resulting in material damage, participants may complete an "Accident Report Form" by mutual agreement in the presence of the police if both parties agree on the circumstances of the incident.

In case of vehicle theft, you must contact the police to obtain a "theft report." The theft report must be returned to us along with the vehicle keys.

In the event of any unfortunate situation such as an accident, theft, breakdown, flat tire, or if you need any emergency assistance, you can call our "emergency hotline," which provides 24/7 support in all company-listed locations by dialing 0000000000.

If the rented vehicle becomes unavailable due to damage, malfunction, or any other reason caused by the rental company, another vehicle in the same or higher category will be provided within 24 hours at the previously agreed contract price.
